The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Please reply to that email with a short video clearly demonstrating the issue, such as:

If the video is unclear or cannot be provided, we may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns under any circumstances
