Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will process your refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any surcharges for express or premium shipping).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another arrangement is expressly agreed upon. No administrative fees will be applied.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
The return will be considered timely if the items are shipped before the deadline.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
personalized or custom-made products
sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection once opened
perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
audio, video, or software products once unsealed

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original components such as:

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may apply a partial refund to reflect the loss of value.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage during transport.
You are responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their condition and functionality.
